Assi Meshullam, born in 1975, holds a BA in art and archaeology, and an MA in biblical studies from the University of Haifa. Exhibits and participates in exhibitions for over twenty years, in Israel and around the world.
He has won a number of significant awards, including the the Minister of Culture Award for Visual Arts.

Research field: Mainly sculpture, art installation and writing, which deal with the relations between art, myth, ritual and language.
